- PayPal email and transaction IDs (processed by PayPal — we do not store your credit card details)
- Cryptocurrency wallet addresses and transaction hashes (for USDT payments)
Usage Data
- Text prompts you submit for image generation
- Images you generate, edit, save, and purchase
- Features you use and how often
Technical Data
- Browser type, device type, operating system
- IP address and approximate location (country level)
- Pages visited and time spent
2. How We Use Your Data

- We do not share your generated images publicly without your permission
4. Your Prompts & Generated Images
- Your text prompts are sent to our AI provider to generate images. We may log prompts for abuse prevention
- Generated images are stored in cloud storage associated with your account
- We do not use your prompts or images to train AI models
- When you delete your account, all your images and prompts are permanently deleted within 30 days

- Opt out — unsubscribe from marketing emails (we currently do not send any)

8. Data Retention
- Account data is kept as long as your account is active
- After account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days
- Payment records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
9. Security
We protect your data with:
- HTTPS encryption on all connections
- Encrypted storage for sensitive data
- Access controls limiting who can view your information
- Regular security reviews
10. Children
Vizzy is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
